Please apply at TurboTenant.com. Look for rental property by address. Setup an account and provide necessary information. Please allow 48 hours after submitting a complete application with identification for response of acceptance or denial.
Utilities
Residents Responsibility
All tenants will place major utilities such as electric, gas, cable and/or internet in tenant's name. Additional services like water, sewer and trash will be handled by owner. Additional amenities maybe included in lease as an additional fee, if applicable.
